INGREDIENTS
1-2 lbs king crab legs
2 cups white wine
a few celery stalks
3-4 cloves smashed garlic
1 chopped onion
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp peppercorns
And any herbs you have laying around (bay leaves, cilantro, etc.)
Lemon Butter Sauce:
2 lemons
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp peppercorns
