Chicken Noodle Soup

INGREDIENTS

2-3 chicken breasts (I use 3 frozen because we like meatier dishes.)

8 cups chicken broth (You can also make your own with boullion cubes.)

1 medium onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1 bay leaf

1 cup chopped carrot (2 medium)

1 cup chopped celery (2 stalks)

1 1/2 cups dried egg noodles

2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, optional
